Refund Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy covers Hanuman Kavach and any other products sold through Universtalk.

2. Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it is dispatched for a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

3. Returns and Replacements

• Because the Kavach is a personal spiritual item, we do not accept returns for change of mind once delivered.
• If your item arrives damaged, defective or is not the product you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and an unboxing video or clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

4. Consultations and Services

Astrology consultations and reports are non-refundable once the session has been held or the report delivered. If we cannot provide a booked service, you will receive a full refund or a new slot.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of approval. Your bank may take additional time to show the credit.

6. Non-Refundable Cases

Damage caused after delivery, misuse, or requests made after the 48-hour window.
